Refund policy

General Terms:

Products can be returned within 7 days of receipt. (The first day is the day you receive the item.)

New items must be returned in original, as-shipped or purchased condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Used/Floor Stock items are "final sale" and cannot be returned unless the item was not received as described.

Accessories and clothing cannot be returned unless determined defective.

Refunds:

Buyer receives a full refund in their original payment method less any shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.

Refunds (if applicable)

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment for the full purchase amount less any shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Brandon@phillydrum.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You can exchange the item for the any item(s) of equal value. If you would like to exchange for an item that is more than the original value of the item you are returning, you will owe the balance plus any shipping charges (if applicable.)

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you MUST use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If you item takes any damage on it's way back to us, your refund will unfortunately be denied and the item will be returned to you.
